No Return & No Refund Policy

All sales made through Otro Life are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased from our store.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. We encourage all customers to carefully review their order details, including size, color, and quantity, before completing their purchase.

In the event that you receive an item that is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, determine the appropriate resolution.
